A Telegram account connects by QR code, the same way as Telegram Desktop. It can message a client first by phone number — for example, when a Planfix scenario sends a notification.
- Use a separate Telegram account for the business rather than your personal one
- Don't mass-message unknown numbers — Telegram may restrict or end the session
- If the session ends, scan the QR code again — the history in Planfix stays

Scan the QR code with the phone that has the business account open.
Find Povidomlyaka in Planfix
Account management → Integrations → Messengers → Telegram → Integration via third-party services → the Povidomlyaka card.
Exchange the address and keys
Copy the request address and key from Planfix into Povidomlyaka (Integrations → Planfix), then paste the key from your account back into Planfix.
Add the number and save
List the connected number under “Connected numbers” — the first chat lands in Planfix right away.

Can the business message a client in Telegram first?+
Yes. A Telegram account connected by QR code can send a message by phone number, including from a Planfix scenario.
Can I connect my personal Telegram?+
Technically yes, but a separate business account is better. Your personal chats stay out of Planfix, and the work account doesn't depend on one employee.
Can the Telegram account get blocked?+
Telegram restricts accounts that mass-message strangers. Normal conversations with clients and notifications to people who already talked to you are safe. If the session ends, just scan the QR code again.
How many Planfix accounts can I connect?+
One Povidomlyaka account works with one Planfix account. You can connect both Telegram and WhatsApp to it.
Can Planfix send SMS?+
No, only Telegram and WhatsApp are available from Planfix. SMS through Planfix isn't supported yet.
Do I need a developer?+
No. Setup takes about 5 minutes with the guide: a QR code in Povidomlyaka and a key exchange in Planfix. If something doesn't work, we'll help in chat.
