Turn finished visits into Google reviews

An automatic review request, in plain terms
An automatic review request is a message a client gets right after their appointment is marked complete, asking how the visit went and pointing straight to your Google review page — no front-desk reminder, no waiting a week for the ask.
Happy clients almost never leave a review unprompted, not because the service was bad but because leaving one is one more thing to remember. An automatic request removes that friction at the exact moment goodwill is highest.
From visit to review in under a minute
Visit marked complete
Povidomlyaka sees the appointment status change in your booking system the moment the service ends — no admin has to remember to follow up by hand.
The client rates the visit
A short "how did it go" question lands in the client's messenger while the impression from the stylist is still fresh, not a generic email days later.
A review in one minute
The client leaves a rating in two taps — no hunting for your business listing and no long form — so real Google reviews actually get published.
What an automatic request changes
- Happy clients mean to leave a review and simply forget
- A verbal "please leave us a review" at checkout works for one in ten
- Great service for years, but the review count barely moves
- An unhappy client's first complaint is a public one-star review
- Your Google listing undersells the quality of the actual work
- The request goes out automatically while the impression is still fresh
- A review in two taps, with no manual search for your listing
- Satisfied clients actually publish reviews on Google
- The client can send feedback to you directly, so you hear it in time
- More genuine reviews from real clients, with nothing artificial
What the review request handles
Auto-request after the visit
The request fires by itself the moment the appointment is marked complete.

Rated inside the messenger
Clients rate the visit where they actually read messages, not in an inbox they ignore.

Straight to Google
Clients leave a review on your Google listing in two taps, with no manual search.

Private feedback option
Unhappy clients can message you directly, so you hear about it and can fix it.

Personalized message
Stylist name, a thank-you, and the service booked — not a generic blast.

One ask, no spam
Clients who already answered or ignored the request never get a repeat.

Will Google penalize my listing for automatic requests?+
No. Google penalizes purchased or incentivized reviews, not a polite ask. We never offer a discount or bonus for a rating and never inflate review counts — only real reviews after a real visit reach Google. The client decides how to respond: post publicly or message you directly.
How soon after the visit does the request go out, and can I change that?+
By default the request goes out shortly after the service ends, while the impression is still strong, but the delay can be adjusted to fit your business — for example, giving a client time to get home after a longer procedure. The shorter the gap between the chair and the ask, the higher the share of clients who actually complete it.
Which platforms does the request point to?+
Currently Google Maps and Google Search — exactly what a new client sees when they search for your business nearby. Additional platforms can be added on request.
Can I see statistics on collected reviews?+
Detailed review analytics are in development — soon your Povidomlyaka dashboard will show how many clients received a request and how many followed through to a review.
What if a client wants to leave a negative review?+
A client can always post a public review — nothing is hidden or blocked. At the same time, a client can message you directly, giving you a chance to resolve the issue personally while the feeling is still fresh — often enough to stop a complaint from turning into a public one.
Will clients get annoyed by repeated review requests?+
No. The request is sent only once after each visit. Clients who already left a review or ignored the request do not get a follow-up message — that respects their time.
Where does the request point if a stylist and the salon have separate listings?+
The client lands on the exact listing you assign to that location or stylist — the request links to the place the visit actually happened, not a random default. That keeps a specialist's reviews from spreading across the wrong profile and builds reputation for the right location.
Do I need to change anything inside Altegio or Planfix to turn this on?+
No separate setup is needed inside Altegio or Planfix. Povidomlyaka reads the appointment status through the integration you already have connected and triggers the review request automatically.
Can the review request text be personalized?+
Yes, the message can match your salon's tone — add the stylist's name, a short thank-you, or the service booked, so the request reads like a personal note, not a template.
Which channel does the client receive the review request on?+
The same cascade of channels used for reminders: first the messenger where the client actually reads messages, and only if needed a fallback channel. That matters for reviews specifically — a request seen within minutes in a familiar app gets a noticeably higher response rate than an SMS opened late or never.
