// where a barbershop loses money

You can't sell a barber's chair twice

✕Without Povidomlyaka
  • A client books an evening slot, forgets, and the barber sits idle for an hour
  • The front desk calls everyone to confirm tomorrow's bookings
  • A regular misses his usual 3–4 weeks and drifts to the shop next door
  • A walk-in leaves happy but never writes a review
  • A barber leaves and takes clients with him on his phone
✓With Povidomlyaka
  • A reminder the day before and a few hours out, in Telegram, WhatsApp or SMS
  • The client replies yes or no, and the Altegio booking updates itself
  • A broadcast to clients overdue for a cut brings him back to your chair
  • After the visit, a short request to rate the cut on Google
  • Client numbers stay hidden, conversations stay in the shop's system
// built around the barbershop rhythm

Three scenarios for a barbershop

1

Reminders and booking confirmation

The client gets a reminder the day before and a few hours ahead of the cut. If Telegram goes unread, Povidomlyaka moves on to WhatsApp, then to SMS sent from your own Android phone. AI confirmation understands the reply in the client's own words and confirms or cancels the booking in Altegio.

2

A review after every visit

As soon as a visit is marked complete in Altegio — a booked client or a walk-in — Povidomlyaka asks them to rate the cut and sends happy clients to your Google Maps listing.

3

Bringing back clients who missed their cycle

Most regulars get a cut every 3–4 weeks. Every few weeks, build a segment of clients who haven't been in for over a month and send a short invitation back to their barber. The broadcast goes out gradually, within your plan's limits.

Frequently asked questions

Does this work for a barbershop where half the clients are walk-ins?+

Yes. Reminders go to clients who booked ahead, while the review request goes to everyone whose visit is entered in Altegio — booked clients and walk-ins alike. After the first visit the walk-in is in your base, so next time you can invite him back with a broadcast.

How do I remind a regular that it's time for his next cut?+

If he booked ahead, he gets a reminder before the visit. If not, build a broadcast segment of clients whose last cut was more than 3–4 weeks ago and send an invitation back to their barber. It's easy to run that segment regularly, every few weeks.

We have several barbers. Does each client get a reminder about his own?+

Yes. Povidomlyaka picks up every barber, schedule and service from Altegio, and each reminder is tied to a specific booking — the client sees his barber's name and the time.

Can barbers message clients without seeing their numbers?+

Yes. Conversations run through the shop's system, and client numbers can be hidden. A barber can reply to a client but doesn't walk away with the base on his personal phone.

Which channels are supported?+

Telegram, WhatsApp and SMS. SMS is sent from an app on your own Android phone and kicks in when the messengers go unread. Instagram and Messenger are coming soon.

How long does setup take?+

About 5 minutes: install the app from the Altegio marketplace and connect the messengers by QR code. The first 14 days are free, no card required.
