Altegio reminder apps compared, based on public information

The Altegio marketplace has several apps for messenger reminders. We put what the vendors themselves publish about channels, chat, reviews, pricing and free trials into one table.

// how we compared

Only what is published

This is Povidomlyaka's own page, so we don't rate the quality of other services. The table contains only facts from the Altegio marketplace app cards, Altegio knowledge-base articles and the vendors' own websites.

Where a vendor doesn't state something publicly, we write "not stated". That doesn't mean the feature is missing, so check with the vendor directly.

Povidomlyaka, Dconnect, Message.Help, Fromni and Flowsell

All five apps send visit reminders, ask for reviews and run broadcasts. They differ in channels, how confirmation works, the pricing model and the length of the free trial.

// how to choose

What to check before you choose

The cheapest plan isn't always the best value. Compare the apps against how your salon actually works.

  • Where your clients are: if most use Telegram, make sure the app can message them there
  • Whether you need Viber: in this table Message.Help lists it, Povidomlyaka doesn't support Viber
  • How the price is calculated: per channel, per staff member or per contact — work it out for your salon
  • Whether clients will reply: if so, you need two-way chat, not just notifications
  • Whether the free trial is long enough to see results on real bookings

FAQ

Where does the information about other apps come from?+

From public pages: Altegio marketplace app cards, Altegio knowledge-base articles and the vendors' websites, as of October 2026. We haven't tested other services and don't rate their quality. Terms change, so check the current ones on the vendor's site before you choose.

Why isn't Altegio's built-in WhatsApp in the table?+

It isn't a separate app but a feature of Altegio itself, billed per message. It has its own comparison page: "Altegio WhatsApp: built-in notifications or an app".

What about AI receptionists like ChatPlug?+

That's a different kind of app: an AI bot holds the conversation and creates, moves or cancels bookings itself. According to the Altegio knowledge base, ChatPlug works with WhatsApp and Telegram, starts at $19 a month and has a 7-day free trial. Povidomlyaka covers reminders, confirmation, reviews, broadcasts and chat with your admin.

Can I switch to Povidomlyaka from another app?+

Yes. Install Povidomlyaka from the Altegio marketplace, connect your channels and turn on notifications. To stop clients getting the same reminder twice, turn off notifications in the previous app.

Does Povidomlyaka connect WhatsApp through the official API?+

No, through a QR code, like WhatsApp Web, from your own number. If you specifically need the official WhatsApp Business API, Message.Help, Fromni and Flowsell list it in this table.

What if a client has neither WhatsApp nor Telegram?+

The cascade kicks in and the reminder goes out by SMS from your Android phone. The SMS themselves are billed at your carrier's rates.
