Frequently asked questions
How long does a new integration take?+
It depends on the system, but expect roughly three days from the start of the build to your first reminder going out, once we've confirmed feasibility.
Do I need a developer on my side?+
No. All the technical work for connecting a new system happens on our team's side — you only need to give us access once the integration is ready.
What if my system doesn't have a public API?+
We'll tell you directly if that's a blocker. In many cases there's still a way to connect a system without a fully public API — we'll walk you through the options that apply to your specific tool.
Is there a cost to requesting an integration?+
No, evaluating a request doesn't cost anything. We'll only discuss a timeline and next steps once we've confirmed the integration is technically possible.
What if you already support a system similar to mine?+
Tell us the exact system anyway — even similar booking tools can differ enough in their API that the answer isn't always the same. We'll give you a specific answer for your case.
